What Will We Receive In The End?

Every package comes with a specific set of deliveries that you can find on my package page. However, with each you will receive a USB that contains your highlight film, the full ceremony from start to finish and any other big moments I was there to capture. This includes full speeches, first dances, first looks, cake cutting, etc.

How Long Will It Take For Us To Receive Our Wedding Film?

Highlights take 3-6 months to deliver from the day of the wedding. I will initially deliver it via an email link, once you have viewed it, and I have received the final deposit. I will send the USB with all your other deliverables. 

*I also offer an add-on where you can receive the full ceremony delivered through a link within 24hrs. A great add-on if you want to share with people who were not able to make it. I offer another add on where I will fast track your deliverables, and you will receive the highlight video within 30 days.

How Does the Payment Schedule Work?

Once you have decided to book me as your videographer, I will send you a contract to review. Once we have both signed it, I need a 40% deposit to save your date, which can be sent through e-transfer. The remaining 60% is due upon delivery of your highlight video. I will send you a private link online to watch, and once the remaining deposit is collected I will mail out your USB.

Are Your Packages Set In Stone?

The packages you see on my package page are the best bang for your buck! However, if you are having, for example; a destination, elopement, or multiple day wedding. I am happy to work out some other package options with you. Just fill out the contact form, and we can discuss more.  

Can We Receive All Of Our Raw Footage?

Yes, you can! I am happy to share all the raw files with you, as an add-on. I will put ALL your raw footage on one timeline and separate USB for an additional fee. You can find that in the add-ons section of my package page.

Are There Travel Fees?

I do not charge travel fees for weddings or events taking place between Muskoka, Toronto and within a 50 km radius of those locations (specifically my parent’s home in Muskoka or my apartment in Toronto). Anything further than that, there is a fee of 75 cents/km both ways, outside the 50 km radius.  

Can We Choose Any Song We Want?

I can sync any song of your choosing to the ceremony and first dance videos. However, for legal reasons, I can not add any song to your highlight video. Royalties for popular artists can cost thousands and thousands of dollars. However, I have invested in a subscription to the wonderful Music Bed, which has thousands of songs to select from in all kinds of genres! I have never had a problem finding one that fits. (they also pay their artists fairly, which I really appreciate). In the past, I have had a few couples request an original song that they or a friend of theirs had written that I can add in no problem.

Do I need Two Shooters?

Absolutely not, however, I HIGHLY recommend two shooters for the best coverage of your day. I can't be everywhere at once, and they come in handy when shooting multiple angles of the ceremony, speeches, during cocktail hours, and getting both parties prep at the same time. You can find second shooter rates in the add-on section of my package page.

What Is The Minimum Time Requirement For Your Services?

I require a minimum of 3 hour booking or $349. That is just for a simple shoot and footage hand off. Any editing requires am additional rate.
